Operations runs Section One along with Madeline. He designs the missions, picks the mission team leaders and reports to Oversight. (There are only a few individuals in the government that know of the existence of Section One) He also makes the personnel decisions as to who lives and who dies.

He tries to delude himself in thinking that he has a 'relationship' with dear Madeline, but she has recently put him in his place in that regard. It almost, repeat almost, made you feel sorry for Operations. You really have to give the man credit with how he handled it though.

MARITAL STATUS: Married to actress Brioni Farrell (She appeared in the episode 'Hand to Hand' as Renee from Oversight.

HOBBIES: Gardening, Cooking, Carpentry and writing

Eugene is a native New Yorker who was born and raised, along with his older brother, in Brooklyn. His job, before he started acting, was as a Wall Street over-the-counter Securities Trader.

He has worked at many jobs including, being a cab driver, a waiter and a construction worker. He moved to Los Angeles in the early 70's.

He started off working in theatre until his first TV role, which happened to be an episode of Quincy, starring Jack Klugman. He also did an episode of Charlie's Angels. Other TV credits include E.N.G., General Hospital and Movies of the Week, like The Substitute, Women of Windsor and Golden Will: The Silken Lauman Story.

When LFN is not in production he can be found at his residence in California in order to be close to his two grandchildren.
